Does anyone know why the AFL course paraliminals do not use Holosync? I would think they would be much more effective.

Learning Strategies, you should really think about adding Holosync to these sessions. Will you have these available in the future?

Thanks,

None of the Paraliminals in home study courses have Paraliminal.

Licensing and not all of our customers want a Holosync soundtrack on the Paraliminals. The decision was made to leave the Paraliminals in the courses alone. They work just as well and get quite a few emails from people asking me how to stop zoning out when listening to them Only to wake up in the end not knowing where they were.

We don't expect you to listen Paraliminals in the Abundance for Life course as frequently as the individual Paraliminals. People often select the individual Paraliminal in lieu of a course.

Hi Alex,

How strange, I never got an email informing me that anyone had responded to my question - I didn't realize anyone had until I inadvertently clicked a link to one of my earlier posts. Regardless, thank you for your response.

Which brings me to something that I would like to clear up: I just reread my question on the feeling exercise, and it struck me that I come across really terse - though I don't remember feeling [ ] that way when I initially wrote it. Please forgive me if you got that sense. I am actually enjoying AFL. The thing is, it is so "openly" structured that I notice myself getting anxious many times; wondering if I am "getting" it at all. I think my subconscious really feels more secure with the act of following very exact rituals; i.e. do "x" exactly twice a day, fifteen minutes apart, etc. AFL is more like, well, do whatever feels best for you or is the most convenient. It is more subtle and flexible. To be honest, I'm still not sure that it is having the impact on my life that it could. **shrug**

Anyhow, regarding the course paraliminals, I like them very much, but I think adding Holosync would make them even stronger. Could you please suggest a Holosync track that I could purchase so that I can sync up both tracks on my computer when I listen?

Also, I bought "New Behavior Generator" and the "Personal Charisma" paraliminals back in Feb. 05, before the improved, Holosync-enhanced came out. Do I have to re-purchase the new CDs at full price? Please let me know.

Thank you!

p.s. The next time you see Paul, do you think you can give him a hug for me?

All the stand alone Paraliminals that came out in January 2005 on CD have the Holosync soundtrack.

I don't see much point in getting another Paraliminal and syncing them up. Since the soundtrack is only entrainment and doesn't have anything to do with Holosync program.

Have you considered syncing them up with bwgen? Just get an Alpha to theta entrainment. It's kinda fun.

I loved the Paraliminals without the Holosync soundtrack since it's easy to use them with my L&S device and I had variety in the entrainment.

On the Abundance for Life program itself. It would add to your progress if you did the daily visualisations on your primary goal

Check out the 7-Step Vreatvie Process and pay attention to step 4 focus. page 27 of the manual elaborates.
