I am new at IS'ing. I clip a microphone to my shirt collar, lay down, put my headphones on and listen to Wenger. When I close my eyes and start describing what I see, I feel like I must be doing something wrong because everything is just abstract gobble-de-gook. Colored spots, black background. Lazer beam-like lines, shades of grey. The Scene changes throughout the stream, but it is just more of the same. I feel like I am repeating my self over and over again when I listen to the recording. Am I missing something? Do any of you have advice on how to get more out of this practice? I look forward to reading the advice any of you have to offer.
Thanks,
Chris
