If those image streams are boring you try the what if game. What if I were in a garden? What if I were a duck in flight what would I see? You have to be quick to grab that flash of an insight... you might respond with flying over a red desert... rocks everywhere in different shades of orange and read, oh little tuffs of long thin bladed grass.. a yellowish shade like an underripe banana. Theres a small trickle of water flowing....
Sorry got carried away there. 
They do come up we are just in the habit of discrediting them because the don't have the same intensity of our waking sight and they are so quick and fleeting hence the need to talk quickly and out loud. The more we talk about it the more we seem to be cleaning the window that we are lookng through to see our images and as we stop talking the window seems to fog over again.
