Should the accelerator meditation sessions be listened to differently to the paraliminals? With the paraliminals I let my conscious mind wander, which is quiet relaxing. The meditation seems to require conscious effort, but I often find my self-drifting. I am I doing this right?

Hi KoDude
I dont feel that you have to listen to them differently, with the meditation, let your mind wander as you do with the paraliminals.
They are both directed at your other than conscious mind so dont feel that it requires any effort to listen to the meditations and not the other, dont think too much about it and just let it sink in, let your mind wander off and trust your whole mind system that it will do what is neccessary to achive what it is your after,
Take care
