The manual (page10) refers to the 90 second induction as the 'second' mind development session.
What is the first? I can't find anything designated as the first.

Track 2 introduces the first one. Going inside internal awareness. Looking at a spot 3 times

Number 2 the 90 Second Technique begins at track 4.

Track 6 Introduces the Entering the Resouce Level = third induction technique

Fourth is the Fourth Path Paraliminal.
