I have a problem. I know what I want, I know where I want to go. I know how to get there, I know the strategies that guarentee success. But I never seem to take the steps to get there. I might write out a plan based on the books that I have read, all of which contain lifetimes worth of knowledge and experience. Or I might even start working on the steps that I have laid out. But nothing substancial ever gets done. I can talk the talk, but I can't walk the walk. I tell people all the things I have learned, how it could change their lives, and so they asked me how these things changed my own life, and I draw a blank. I have to back out, saying how I know that they work, I only have to apply them. I've been doing this for self-help life strategies for years, the same with Photoreading, but still, I'm only slightly closer to my goals than when I started out.
So my question is: What tape program(or book), from LSC, or any other company for that matter, will tell me how to get off my ass and actually do something? Is decisive action what I need?
Now, I know that no tape program, or book, or seminar, etc. will achieve my aspirations for me, that I need to do this for myself. I do know this, and I know that I have the capacities and abilities to do it as well. So what I need is something to get me on track, and keep me there. How does one go about keeping oneself contantly, consistantly motivated?
Any help you guys/gals could give me, I would greatly appreciate. Cheers.
