Hello, all:

I am looking for information which may have been posted on this board (but now seems to be un-findable) regarding reducing need for sleep. It was quite specific, referring to not only the HOW (I think it was spending 15 minutes lying down with feet up on a chair before sleep) but also the WHY (it had to do with rapidly equalizing circulation, and also reducing the concentration of a certain chemical in the brain).

Would anyone please help me find this reference, or post it again? Thanks!

The information you're seeking is here:
www.learningstrategies.com/forum/ubb/Forum4/HTML/000064.html
The procedure ist called The Sleep-Need Saver and comes, as so many things, from Project Renaissance and Win Wenger.
