Can anyone give me the pros and cons of each program? I am considering both of them, but I am not sure which one is right for me. Thanks

I use the centerpoint program and I often use their d/f a few people use both the sedonna method and centerpoint's holosynch and say that they work very well together. I have not really looked into the sedonna method my self but I plan to look deeper into it when I get the chance.

Susan, Centrepoint's programme helps you to make shifts within yourself by bringing up all sorts of "stuff" from your past that lies beneath your concious awareness. When this "stuff" comes up with each level of the programme you have the choice whether to release it/deal with it or to push it back into your unconcious. The point is, you are facing your programming that doesn't want to be driven out, so as it holds on for dear life you get emotional turmoil i.e. feelings. Centerpointe provides good support about dealing with these changes as they arise. However, the Sedona Method deals directly with releasing feelings that could be causing limitation or discomfort. So while the "stuff" can be brought up by Centerpointe it can be released using the techniques of the Sedona Method. I don't think the question is "either...or" because the programmes do not do the same thing. Sedona complements Centrepointe like they were made for one another! I recommend that you consider both.

The 2 programs do go hand in hand. Sometimes a person can get overwhelmed by all the rapid growth and change that holosync promotes and needs a releasing technique to help with that process. That is where the Sedona Method comes in.

Holosync reaches so deep that I don't think that I would have even known to release that stuff using the Sedona Method alone simply because I wouldn't have been aware of it.

Thank you for your quick responses. Based on what you are saying, it sounds like I might need them both, but I don't have time for them both. Do you think the Sedona Method is not far reaching enough on it's own??

I am sure that a highly motivated person could work the Sedona Method with some excellent results. The thing is that you really have to work the system and that puts the onus on the participant. It is time consuming and I know that without the proper motivation (overwhelm from holosync...I am one of those people that expereinces big time growth from that product) then I know I wouldn't have gotten much benefit from the Sedona Method itself (but that's me...everyone is different and find benefit from different programs).

I think that maybe a Sedona seminar might be better because you are immersed in the environment and that is all you do (release).
No putting stuff off until another day.

Hi again Susan, I agree with what weight 39doug says about getting results with the Sedona Method alone.
If you do Centerpointe, amongst other support, you get a booklet called "The Management Of Evolutionary Change" by Bill Harris. In the booklet (which comes with your first set of custom CDs, not with the introductory package), Bill gives an overview of a technique called "focussing" which sounds a lot like one of the Sedona Method release techniques. Once you have learned the Sedona Method it is something you can do on the way to work or whenever, but you do have to make the effort to remember to do it. It takes a little time to learn but it takes hardly any time to do once you know how.
I remember reading something in Centerpointe that said that if you do not seem to have the time to do the hour of listening, then the bestthing to do would be to get up an hour earlier in the morning and do it then. The effect, they say, would be better than the extra hour of sleep.
Are you sure you don't have time for both of them?

Hello again everyone. I think I am finally starting to get a feel of what the Sedona Method entails. It is something you do when you feel the need to release(once you learn it), as oppose to Centerpointe which you do everyday for an hour. Is this correct? Will Centerpointe give me more confidence, self-esteem and get rid of fear? Also, I really need to learn to be more assertive. Thanks.

It has given me all of those things. AP really quieted my hyper active mind (basically it allowed me to concentrate intensely on the tasks at hand). It also had me feeling more confident.

Level 1 tackeled my fears and worries.

Level 2 has been dealing with emotional pain (you know relatives deaths, relationships gone bad, etc).

The product works but it is intense. You face some parts of yourself that you have been repressing and don't want to see (that can be painful). That is where the Sedona Method comes in nicely. It allows you to release that junk so the process is more comfortable.

Basically as you improve yourself the opportunities in your life seem to expand. As well the results that you produce are more impressive. Essentially, a person becomes more of their true self through this process. But you really must want the growth because the process can be tough at times particularly if you don't have a good releasing technique.

You see confidence, self-esteem and fear, as your limitations. Centerpointe will bring up the feelings associated with those limitations and may even help to reveal the initial cause as well. Interestingly enough, when you bring something that has not been supporting you into your concious awareness, you will usually choose to see it for what it is and let it go. So yes, it will give you the things you ask for by bringing you face to face with the cause of them, which is not always a nice experience! What is more, from level 1 (not counting the introductory level) upwards, you get to choose the subliminal affirmations to have on your tapes, so you get to choose exactly what you tackle.
