Hi again Susan, I agree with what weight 39doug says about getting results with the Sedona Method alone.
If you do Centerpointe, amongst other support, you get a booklet called "The Management Of Evolutionary Change" by Bill Harris. In the booklet (which comes with your first set of custom CDs, not with the introductory package), Bill gives an overview of a technique called "focussing" which sounds a lot like one of the Sedona Method release techniques. Once you have learned the Sedona Method it is something you can do on the way to work or whenever, but you do have to make the effort to remember to do it. It takes a little time to learn but it takes hardly any time to do once you know how.
I remember reading something in Centerpointe that said that if you do not seem to have the time to do the hour of listening, then the bestthing to do would be to get up an hour earlier in the morning and do it then. The effect, they say, would be better than the extra hour of sleep.
Are you sure you don't have time for both of them?
