Hello again everyone. I think I am finally starting to get a feel of what the Sedona Method entails. It is something you do when you feel the need to release(once you learn it), as oppose to Centerpointe which you do everyday for an hour. Is this correct? Will Centerpointe give me more confidence, self-esteem and get rid of fear? Also, I really need to learn to be more assertive. Thanks.
You see confidence, self-esteem and fear, as your limitations. Centerpointe will bring up the feelings associated with those limitations and may even help to reveal the initial cause as well. Interestingly enough, when you bring something that has not been supporting you into your concious awareness, you will usually choose to see it for what it is and let it go. So yes, it will give you the things you ask for by bringing you face to face with the cause of them, which is not always a nice experience! What is more, from level 1 (not counting the introductory level) upwards, you get to choose the subliminal affirmations to have on your tapes, so you get to choose exactly what you tackle.
