It has given me all of those things. AP really quieted my hyper active mind (basically it allowed me to concentrate intensely on the tasks at hand). It also had me feeling more confident.
Level 1 tackeled my fears and worries.
Level 2 has been dealing with emotional pain (you know relatives deaths, relationships gone bad, etc).
The product works but it is intense. You face some parts of yourself that you have been repressing and don't want to see (that can be painful). That is where the Sedona Method comes in nicely. It allows you to release that junk so the process is more comfortable.
Basically as you improve yourself the opportunities in your life seem to expand. As well the results that you produce are more impressive. Essentially, a person becomes more of their true self through this process. But you really must want the growth because the process can be tough at times particularly if you don't have a good releasing technique.
