I took it for a few months. Immediately after taking it (powder form, sub-lingually for higher absorption) I felt an elevated sense of well being. My hypoglycemic symptoms were reduced and I could think better. I've since stopped taking it because the brand I used is no longer available locally due to several health food stores closing. I tried a different brand but that did not have the same effect. I can't remember the manufacturer's name but I do know that it is the only one produced in New Zealand; over there , it is illegal to supplement cattle with growth hormones and antibiotics.
