Andy, it depends on what you are talking about. Spanish is spoken by more people as their first language, however, English is the #1 language for business and travel.
I wouldn't be surprised if Chinese was the most spoken language with the amount of people in that area. the only problem is that there are different types of Chinese (Mandarin, Cantoneese) so there is no exact # to my knowledge.
