What exactly is the Sedona Method? Does it utilize concepts of self hypnosis, breathing, affirmations? I've heard its good for clearing negative emotions, what exactly do you do when you using Sedona Method principles? Thanks

I have been to the Sedona web site before and it does not give specific information about the system. I'm looking for specific information, I understand the Sedona Method is about clearing issues that have stopped a person from experiencing happiness, abundance and wealth, good health, and more. Is the system a form of hypnosis, does it use autosuggestions (affirmations), meditation, I'm interested in knowing what does the system involve? What make the Sedona method different from other methods?

It's a series of questions that you ask yourself. No hypnosis...just fully feel what it is that you want to release and let go of it. Basically it's a method to release emotions that you are hung up on. It's similar to "focusing".

I've had pretty good results with the Sedona Method and will have to consider it one of the most worthwhile self improvement investments I have ever made. I think you should check it out. It's hard to explain it properly in a forum like this, order the course with the possibility of sending it back for a full refund. And don't pay full price for it, because they will lower the price for for you as soon as you've shown an interest in it but not yet placed your order.

I just posted this on the Centerpointe DF, and thought some of you guys who are not frequent participants there would find it interesting, so I'll copy and paste it over here:

Releasing.

I was playing pool the other night with a couple of good friends. As this is not the first time we've been out playing pool together, they pretty much knew that on a good day, Stevie Wonder would have beaten me quite easily with one arm tied behind his back and a boxing glove on the other. I'm a pretty hopeless pool player.

As the first game was progressing (slowly), it became apparent that I was going to play no better this time than I had before. I was just as lousy as ever. Didn't know why I was even there. My friends had a good laugh.

Then I decided to try something. I decided to release on it. I also thanked God (whose identity I'm not yet exactly sure of) for all the blessings I have received, and all the blessings to come. I've learnt that from Joseph Murphy and it works like hell sometimes.

What happened? I enjoyed a couple of good shots. I released some more, thanked God, and had another couple of good shots. Then a couple more. And then I felt unbeatable and played by far the best pool I've ever played in my whole life, I was in a totally different class than anyone else there, and people where very impressed. I was very impressed myself, to say the least. It was awesome.

Don't you find this quite interesting? I do.
