In the Genius Code Accelerator, Paul makes the comment that time and space do not exist in the frequency domain. Actually it's a bit different than that.

Time does exist but it is just not shown as a separate axis. Indeed the graph of the frequency domain shows an instant (actually a very short interval).

The "Frequency Domain" is a re-presentation of a phenomena rather than different realm. It is another way of looking at things.

The frequency domain seems more to me like a way of being aware of the instantaneous component phenomena of the presently occuring whole while the "time domain" presentation shows us the past, present and fututre of the resultant whole. In the time domain if you look at the "now" usually all you get is a point and that is not very interesting.
