Hi, this is a game suggested by antero alli, a freelance ritualist, for expanding yourself and your world. Every couple months I play a new round of Going Through Changes for fun, but this new round (just started last week), I decided I would share the game with others who might like to play.

Going Through Changes is a mind game with simple rules:

1. do anything different. read a different magazine, talk to a different person, act different, walk different, use your senses differently. The only person who knows what is different for you is you.

2. pay attention to your mood and your sense of possibility.

3. you win if Going Through Changes if you feel happier, more expanded, and a sense of more potential.

4. you lose if you feel narrower, smaller, duller, and sad.

5. a new round of Going Through Changes begins when you a/ feel bored, or b/ lose and feel narrower, smaller, duller or sad.

6. the game ends whenever.

This is an excellent game for intelligence increase. Don't be deceived by its simplicity. Stuff like this works because you work it, not because you think about it (though thinking may be different for some people ;-))

for this present round I am learning to juggle, and sharing the idea of the game on this site, as a few of my different things. I'm also using a few different study strategies.

give the Going Through Changes game a try and see how you go through changes.

best regards,

Pveitch

This sounds like fun.

A lot of people I've known spent way too much time and money trying to re-invent themselves. Usually, this ends up in a trip down the "woopie tunnel" with nothing really positive.

The key is not to "change," but to "expand." Don't try to create a "new me," that's a lie of the Ego trying to re-define itself. Rather, simply realize the truth. "There is no me." Then, it is not your self that changes, it is your outcomes.
