That is a crappy web site when you think about it. It lacks originality and you can tell a web site template (pre-made web pages without content)was used. It probably just took a few hours to fill in the blanks.

What I hate more than anything else are people who create e-books and think the web site is suppose to sell for them without any human contact. They typically create outrageous or lengthy testemonials and think this should be enough to create sales. Most people naturally will want to know if a company is legimate and also may want to ask questions. When I don't see an address and telephone number, a red flag automatically comes up. Often this is a one man operation being run by someone who is hiding behind a web site and email address. I don't have anything against small businesses but I don't believe this should be an excuse for not making yourself accessible to people.
