I was doing sip breathing for about two weeks, hour per day. About 4 days ago i started to have a serious problem with sleeping, for ex earlier I sleept for about 9 hours, now i sleep 4-5 hours and with problems, I awake few times during night. After this three nights I feel quite tired but i still cant sleep normal. Cause of this I stopped sip breathing. What do you think about this, is this normal and passing problem

Give yourself another couple of days to recover. I suggest making sure you have plenty of water and fresh air. Also check that you haven't changed something in your diet over the last couple of days. Discovered a new drink, vitamin pill, trying new dishes. Problem could even be that the temperature has changed or you are wearing tight fitting PJs.

In other words it an be any number of things so having stopped sip breathing might be a start because it might be the reason for it. It probably will take a couple of days to settle or it could be for another reason altogether that you are experiencing this.
