I got the course on tape.
The guy's voice didn't ruin it. His attitude did. I really feel that he's a phony scumball. It's how he talks to people and treats them.
Somtimes it's subtle and sometimes it's plain out in the open ... he treats people, at times, like a dominant would treat a sub at a fetish party ... only at a fetish party the sub goes to the dom to *be* treated that way. You don't go to a self-help seminar to have a control freak screw with you.
He might actually think that minds are just mechanisms, toys. Some gurus think that way and act accordingly. I think there are may be some stories about Gurdjieff treating people this way.
Frankly, I can't listen to those tapes without getting ****ed off. It ruins whatever benefit they have. Granted, he is really good at screwing with people's minds ... so if you wannna learn how to do that, get the tapes.
