Have you ever tried all 3 of these:

1. Hemi-sync (www.hemi-sync.com)
2. Holosync (www.holosync.com
3. Brain Sync (www.brainsync.com)

What are the big differences and similarities between these 3?

I first tried Brain Sync, and I noticed that it really works with your chakras (you can feel it tingles on your crownchakra first, then your spine, neck, heartchakra etc.) thought that it was good...for about the first 3-4 days, then I got too open up I felt. Felt dizzy after listening, so I have quit using Brain Sync. Good effects though, but also with some by-effects I don't like...

Then I have tried Hemi-sync.. WOOW, I like this. Especially the Metamusic section, you really feel incredible after listening. You feel that your state is like being one filled with feelings of being "Happy, relaxed, extatic, good thinking skills, better concentration, self-confidence"-state. I have not experienced something like that state a long time ago. Sooo.. I will stay here for a while ...

I have not tried Holosync yet, but since it is part of the Monroe Institute (Hemi-Sync), then it's probably good too. Many people positively talk about this program.

Have you tried some of these? What is your exact experiences? I'm very interested in this...

Holosync is not part of the "Monroe Institute".
Holosync is from "Centerpointe Institute".

ok.. by "part" of Monroe Institute I meant that these two technologies (Holosync and Hemi-sync) are like cousins.

Well, the difference between Holosync and the others is that Holosync lowers the carrier frequency with each level, which in turn causes the brain to have to adapt.it's this technique that separates Holosync from the others. It subtley forces your brain to adapt to more stress which in turn allows you to handle more stress from your environment, i.e., the world around you.

I have only had experience of Holosync. During the first level;Awakening Prologue the experience was very pleasurable, I felt centered and relaxed as never before. However, during Awakening Level 1, I expereinced a great deal of overwhelm this continued over much of Awakening Level 2. Practising witnessing helps to speed movement through the overwhelm. My experiences now are of all consuming bliss.
The point of the Holosync program is to subject your brain to lower and lower carrier frequencies. This process gives the brain more input than it can currently handle, thus stimulating growth. The whole program takes over ten years, but there is no compulsion to go all the way.
After 15 months in the program the results have been major. It takes an awful lot to upset me,I am far more assertive (I used to be too 'nice' too 'anxious to please'). I ended an abusive relationship when for years I was scared of going it alone. I am not happy every day,but my mental state is very even.
I am looking forward to even more growth.
I have given up searching I am perfectly happy with Centerpointe,EFT and Learning Strategies.
Hope this helps
