Thanks AlexK that dose give me more info to think about, so you say one can use the centrepointe audio cd and the lights of the Proteus simultanously?

I have another question ? and that is dose the Mindlab Proteus re-energise the mind and give the body a energy boost after a 15 minute or so lesson?
