I know they've changed to a different company, but a question I always had: did anyone feel like the subliminals on the "Dive" and "Immersion" tracks really had any effectiveness? Now, I definitely felt some benefit from using the Floating soundtrack, but I was never really that sure whether the subliminals on the other two served any purpose, other than possibly to discourage people from sharing CD's.
It is my experience that alpha-theta is the best combination for subliminal learning. Brainspeak as well as Innertalk has some tapes that use primarily alpha-theta. Theta in which deep emotional areas in the subconscious can be accessed, and alpha as a superlearning state, which facilitates the transfer of the suggestions into the context of everyday life.
It seems like there needs to be at least some theta when the subliminal meesages are received, or there won’t be any communication to the conscious mind (through the subconscious mind)
Most of the time when I listen to holosync, I experience at least a brief period of not being aware of ANYTHING AT ALL that is the deepest part of the experience, but not entirely asleep either.
At the very least, I would say a “super-delta” state is much less effective than theta-alpha for subliminal learning, thus if you are looking for specific behavioral change while using the Centerpointe program, I would recommend incorporating either the floating track or another program altogether…I have had good results doing this with Brainspeak and Innertalk.
