I worked with HAMR over the summer and you're right, Natural Brilliance does use a variation of it in one of the paraliminal learning sessions.
HAMR is a way of changing your feelings (or modalities) using movement (kinesthetics).
The thing I noticed right away about this system is that you have to be good at visualization for this to work well. The starter lessons ask to imagine this and imagine that, but you're really visualizing.
Actualy there's a lot of visualizing going on in Natural Brilliance too. Anyway, I think HAMR is great, but you gotta practice.
