Deconstruction is a method and not the essence of someone's personhood. It's particularly useful in certain circumstances.
People who are most comfortable with deconstructing may tend to fall into the old seeing everything as a nail when they have a hammer syndrome, but they certainly do come up with solutions ... they just aren't as vocal about them.
A lot of people simply indulge in deconstruction as a mental/verbal game they enjoy. Sometimes it's nothing more than that. And it can lead to some interesting thoughts and places.
