Just to add another voice on this.

I'm currently doing A4. Back to when I was doing AP, I was confident at least on one thing; the one year money back guarantee while the program itself lasted for 4 to 6 months only. There was plenty of time to test it to the fullest and then return it if it didn't work. Well, it worked. I noticed it when one day I went beyond one of my overwhelming thresholds without overwhelming. That happened at work. That was one of the signs Centerpointe gave as to measure whether or not HS was working. I ordered the entire 12 levels at once and now I'm committed to follow it to the end. But one thing I can say about it is that it's slow. Centerpointe talked too much about "quantum leaps" while doing it. I've noticed that those "quantum leaps" were more like tiny steps.

I used to have too much resistance to the process. It was too unconfortable to do the one-hour meditation. I had to add the Sedona Method as a release technique because the technique they offered didn't work. Now, I see that SM makes HS more effective and viceversa.
