Anyone know the minimum brain frequency that can be acheived using binaural beats? or other meditation methods?

At zero hertz you're dead! I think anything above is achievable? But I would also like to hear a more informed response.

I doubt that binaual beats will get you as low as .1 (very low delta and usually sleep.) I have not noiced binaual beats taking me down to a decent deep theta. I manage better without.

As far as I know, it isn't that there is a magical brain-wave frequency that is a magic bullet that brings peace, happiness, enlightemenet, riches, growth, etc. Rather, brain activity occurs at multiple frequencies simultaneously with brain activity occuring at different levels and ways all throughout the different parts of the brain.

Symmetrical brain activity at one frequency may not be all that desirable. In fact, some "superhuman" feats of mind are associated not only with heightened activity in certain parts of the brain but also *surpressed* (or very little) activity in others.

Do you want to have very low frequency activity in your brain? If so, why? Maybe you can achieve your desired results by another, more reliable, method.

The people who are making marketing and various claims about brain activity regarding binaural beats are not, by and large, reputable neurologists. And even neurologists really don't know all that much about the brain.

It's not that I am trying to achieve very low brain frequnecies. I'm more curious as to the limits of using binaural beats for brain entrainment & meditation.

Antonios,

I have recently developed a helpful use for binaural beats.

What would you like?

* Problem-solving in fearful situations with Grounding.
* Problem-solving in fearful situations with Balancing.
* Add your own options.

A while ago, I was emailed with a long email with all the helpful brainwave frequencies, put together from a myriad of sources. I was amazed at the number of applications for brainwave frequencies. In that list I discovered a frequency, namely 40hz, that could be used to enter a feeling of fear with cognitive abilities of problem-solving.

What are your greatest fears? What are those situations that really rock your boat? Program one binaural beat at 40hz another at 7.83hz for grounding or 9hz for balancing at a different pitch and there you have it, instant empowerment for your weakest moments.

What you can do, is create the session above in the Brainwave Generator software, and then sit back, relax, close your eyes, wait for the session to reach 40hz max, then start imagining yourself in those situations which you're very fearful, persist imagining, call on your SFQ masters, and use Sedona method of release.

Bam! Fears are gone, one after the other! The reason the fears disappear, is that they are first recalled by the fear reminding brainwave frequency, and then resolved by the problem-solving stimulating brainwave in the same brainwave frequency. Fears often exist due to the unresolved nature of the issues we faced in our past without success. You face them in your imagination with this frequency, and you can resolve them, and they disappear.

For added speed, call upon your SFQ masters, and use the Sedona method at the same time.

The parallel brainwave frequency (7.83hz or 9hz) can be used to apply a certain slant on your problem-solving. For instance if you're facing a fear where you need to be realistic and face the facts you can use 7.83hz. If you're facing a issue where you need to apply balancing use 9hz.

For example, seeing a girl walk off with her back to me, walking into the distance, was a very strong fear for me. Everytime, I don't take steps to approach a girl I really like I nearly died of anguish. So I got a picture off the web of a girl with her back facing me turning around as if to say "bye-bye, is this breaking your heart? my heart is breaking too". Cringing at my fear when I put on the headphones, I faced it, with 40hz and 7.83hz. I did about 100 sedona releases and my heart has softened quite a bit. I only found that during the session that my heart had become hardened toward even trying to approach a girl. That's what...give up before I start kind of attitude.

But there is hope in this method. Lots. It works. I was also searching for a way to apply sedona to situations and this is what I've arrived at. Try it! It works!

Kind Regards
Grant
