I was really excited when I first heard about them, all their promises of increased presence and mental strength sounded really cool. I'm sure the binural frequency has an effect, but not even close to that which should cost 200+ a program. After thinking about it a while I realized they really do rip people off, Bad. Because I thought to myself, any good meditation technique with non judgemental focus on the mind would help one recognize stuck spots, bring them into awareness and then let them go. I personally do a kind of meditation to God where I release it to him and he's really there for me. And now with Hemi-Sync and Awakened Minds meditation CD's you could get this same deepening of your already powerful meditation techniques. It just takes that discipline to do it every day for specific times, thats half the battle.
And when Bill Harris talks about "new neural pathways" and "strengthening the brain to reoganize at a higher level", he says it like it's some new kooky scientific discovery. We all know new neural pathways come about when you "learn" or see things differently, or open your minds to new solutions and perceptions". And as far as strengthening the brain to handle situations in life, you have to just be "really present" at all times and practice that all the time. Martial arts training, present awareness, learning, weight traing or exercise, including "good ole meditation", and simply trusting the one true non-religious God. These things cost nothing really compared to Holosync. Then there's awesome things like PEAT, EFT, Sedona. My point is that Holosync should not be seen as this great answer, don't wait for binurals, start meditating now, I guarantee some of us will experience "old fassion" overwelm similar to what happens with Holosync. Those of you interested in Holosync who are on a budget, don't waste your money!! You'll get the same effects if not better from just regular meditation, Learning Strategies stuff, and simple living your life and learing and growing in it, thats really the most important thing. And your brain will re-organize, it has no choice, thats nothing new.
