Heartbeat—

With a daily meditation practice of between 1-2 hours, I have yet to feel overwhelm with Holosync or Awakened Minds. I do feel the usual challenges of mindfulness meditation, but no more so using the binaural beats. The strategy of dealing with them is the same, observing my mind and/or body in detail and with equanimity as best I can. The main benefit, as far as I can tell, is that I'm inclined to meditate for slightly longer periods using binaural beats than without.

Sure I would like to try higher levels of holosync to see for myself if it presents any new challenges. But you can't buy the higher levels without buying the lower ones. So no, I don't think I'm going to conduct a series of $300 experiments to see at what level something kicks in that feels new or challenging.
