I did the course years ago, still have it lying around. It guides you to visualise and goal set using your minds eye.
There are now many guided visualisation methods all pretty good. If you have the Genius Code and are getting good result I wouldn't bother with with Lees Pulos course it is rather basic compared to what you have already learned with the Genius code. If you have trouble with visualising and would like a few exercises that tell you what to see then it's probably a nice training and it has some goal setting techniques.
If you haven't got the Genius code but have done the Silva Method but are not quite getting the results you desire this course would also add a little polish to your Silva Technique.
