Lightly touch your ring finger and thumb together. Do the same thing on both hands. Visualize a protective bubble around you that reflects all negative influences.
The previous post is also valid. There are variables that may affect it's effectiveness: faith, personal righteosness, God's will.
It isn't God's will to allow you to be tormented. I think that the first paragraph I typed will suffice to protect you.
