I have done both the Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin and the Release Technique by Larry Crane, and I, personally, found the Release Technique to have taken me much deeper and much further along with respect to spiritual growth and abundance than the Sedona Method had. I felt stuck with the Sedona Method, like it was missing something.

I think the difference lies in the approach. I found the Release Technique to be more "feeling" oriented rather than "head" oriented, which the Sedona Method seemed to be.

Also, I think the Release Technique was better at helping me to achieve my goals (I achieved increased peace of mind/imperturbability, new job that I love, new car, new home, better relationships and much more). Life just gets easier and easier. Larry teaches what he calls the "Butt" system where you do nothing except sit on your butt and Release and everything comes to you for the effortless thought of it (I know, sounds crazy until you actually see it working for you-- big time).

If you've done the Sedona Method I think you'll find that Larry's course will take you to the next level. If you haven't done the Sedona Method yet, I'd actually recommend starting with the Release Technique, as Larry's course seems to be more advanced and covered much of what's in the entire Sedona course in only the first few tapes of his Abundance Course -- and then he takes you further. Both Hale and Larry learned directly from Lester Levenson www.releasetechnique.com/Lester_Levenson although each teaches the technique with their own particular style.

The biggest gain I have seen from taking the Abundance Course (Release Technique) has been my happiness level. So much happiness has been welling up from out of nowhere lately. And there is this deep, deep sense of "everything's okay. everything's perfect." It is so lovely.

About two weeks ago, I spent about six hours Releasing on some core issues, and dumped so much garbage. The effects were profound and carry through to this day.

Now, there is so much more inner quiet that doesn't go away. There is mostly just a beautiful sense of rest no matter what the body/mind are doing. And, when I look in the mirror I see this face that just beams a huge smile for no reason at all and laughs at life throughout the day -- seeing it all as a fun movie instead of as a threat to my existence. It feels like I am on a permanent vacation!

Larry just put his new TV infomercial online at www.releasetechnique.com/tv-infomercial if you want to get a sense of what his course is all about. I think it's worth a gazillion dollars. And, all hype aside, this stuff really works (just as PhotoReading does!)

Sorry for the long post. I have seen so many improvements in my life from taking Larry's course that I wanted to share it with y'all.
