I have done both the Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin and the Release Technique by Larry Crane, and I, personally, found the Release Technique to have taken me much deeper and much further along with respect to spiritual growth and abundance than the Sedona Method had. I felt stuck with the Sedona Method, like it was missing something.

I think the difference lies in the approach. I found the Release Technique to be more "feeling" oriented rather than "head" oriented, which the Sedona Method seemed to be.

My impression on the Sedona Method course was that it was "feeling oriented", not "head oriented". I never felt stuck with it either.

Also, I think the Release Technique was better at helping me to achieve my goals (I achieved increased peace of mind/imperturbability, new job that I love, new car, new home, better relationships and much more). Life just gets easier and easier. Larry teaches what he calls the "Butt" system where you do nothing except sit on your butt and Release and everything comes to you for the effortless thought of it (I know, sounds crazy until you actually see it working for you-- big time).

I once receive a letter from Larry Crane on his course. Since I had taken the Sedona Method already, I threw it away. Now I find your comments intriguing. At first glance, seems that Larry has something to offer to people that have taken the Sedona Method too. But since my experience with the Sedona Method is somehow different to what you describe as yours, then I wonder if the Release Technique has indeed something to offer to me.

If you've done the Sedona Method I think you'll find that Larry's course will take you to the next level.

Now, for the practical formalities. How good is Larry's guarantie? How much time does he allow before a refund chance expires? Do you know about how good is his refund service? Thanks.

----------Something to Add--------------
I have been experimenting with EFT using Dr. Mercola's EFT manual and I have gotten what seems to be impressive results. I must continue experimenting with it. It seems more powerful and effective than the Sedona Method, but I have very very limited experience with it, I have to use it much more. I may buy Dr. Mercola's DVD course on EFT (Gary's CD-ROM course is unusable to me, first because my computer does not play sounds and second because all the video is recorded in QuickTime format and I cannot install the QuickTime software in order to make it play the videos because it interferes with other software I have installed). One thing I have guessed about EFT is that it could be used to reframe beliefs using the choices technique, I may be using it with those purposes when I reach the Belief section in my Ideal Mindset course.
