Hi,

For me too H/S is very inexpensive compared to other programs.
You can
buy the whole Holosync program for less then $ 2,000 (Inner
Circle) while
for many others you pay that amount for a three day course.

I also purchased Sedona, actually I came to Holosync thru
Sedona. I seldom
use Sedona and it is no match to H/S.
H/S goes much deeper and you don't need to release all the time
like in Sedona.

I am now on Purification 2 which is probably right in the middle
of the HS program.
So I have already spent 5 years meditating. I certainly had some
overwhelm reactions
but nothing too serious. My emotional overwhelm reactions were
mainly anger, hatred
and hopelessness. I also had some physical reactions but this
again was not too much of
a problem.

Most of these emotional issues have disappeared or lessened a
lot. I also noticed
that I got smarter and last year had my IQ re-checked. The
result was a big jump. ( 20 points)
Now some believe that one is born with a fix IQ. This may be
true but I think the more
a person is mucked-up the more his real IQ is buried.

I also noticed that I am much more relaxed and stopped worrying
a lot.
There are a few points where I would like to see some
improvements but I think
that will come too.

I definitely recommend Sedona instead of Holosync. For me, I'd even pay much more for Sedona than to use Holosync for long term at a low cost.

I got holosync first and stopped using it after a few months. I didn't see any big effect but was concerned about the time (at least 1 hour a day) and possible side effect on my brain. 1 hour a day is a lot! I also decided to not to go to next level. Then I received a letter from the Holosync inventor Bill recommending Sedona. Thanks to Bill, I got to know Sedona. The Sedona method is very simple, natural and efficient. It can be applied any time, without interrupting the on-going activity. Also, with Sedona, one is Proactive instead of Passive. I cannot think of any possible brain damage using Sedona.

In short, Sedona is far superior.

Like I've stated, I highly recommend the Sedona method. If one is searching for a good meditation method, I highly recommend the book "Getting in the gap" by Wayne Dyer.
The Japa Meditation and the Sedona method are both simple, powerful and flexible (independent of any equipment).

True I had to listen more then a few month
to notice the benefits and there were small
at first but got bigger steadily.

As for the side effects. Last week I had another IQ test done. (I didn't have to pay
for it) This time my IQ went up again this time only by 6 points. (within a year of course)
