What is the suggested/recommended maximum number of books we could photoread in a row for direct learning.

Most people find 6 to 10 in one sitting about it. It remains a personal decision how much one is comfortable with. In all no less than 5.

Does it make any sense to repeat the same ones, when you cannot find any more.
I just pick up any book that interests me. Can one approach the task like this too.

I have fairly diverse interests , like martials arts , chess , improving intelligence , psychology, law.

I around 20 -30 books yesterday on improving intelligence IQ books , personal development books.

So if you have about 40 books that you want to use for DL and you PR about 10 at each session then how much of a break should you have between each session. A few hours? A few days?

I have found through my experience that you can photoread as much as you like and have time for. I usually break up my reading in lots of 5 at a time. It's just easier for me to concentrate my attention and intention.

Sleep and exercise are important to incubating the info. How soon will you know it has taken effect will vary. I have one friend who photoread some diet books and actually lost 5 lbs in a week. What he was unaware of at first was that he automatically eliminated a few foods in his diet without even thinking about it.
