any good white noise machines, CDs, or mp3s?
The walls of my dorm room are really thin, and unfortunately my neighbor next door blares his music at all hours. Ive asked him if he minds turning it down etc. But i still need something to mask the sound. I have a white noise machine, but is anything really very effective at dealing with high volume noise that is basically right next to you?
