(Oh Alex, I just remembered this thread should be in Genius Code with the others on Silva Method instead of here, please move it if you need to).
It's now Sunday am and I did my first programming session (with Disk 8, the one for traveling, the short exercise, where Mr. * Junior gives you 15 minutes for programming.)
I had a small panic attack when the 15 min. of silence began... I guess I have mass confusion of how to start; which technique to use, there are so many...? or a simple sort of affirmation perhaps would suffice for a novice? Should I deal with all the issues in my life in general, or should I deal with/bring up one problem or issue at at time? Maybe using the notebook to write down mayor issues and deal with one at at time?
And a more technical question:
Am I to use the disks for ever? Is that what they're for? Like all other courses from LSC, meant to be used again and again, and each time get more out of them? Or just the last "travel" one? No one mentions any disks or tapes on the forum when they talk of "going to level." Shall I assume the goal, then, is to get so good at it, you get the steps so ingrained and practiced that you can go to level all by by yourself even if it's on a busy street in NYC, if you need to?
Thanks!
