When you start your 15 minutes (10, 0r 5). Consider what you want to focus on. What challenge or outcome would you like to sort out.
I find one problem at a time works best. If we were able to solve proples with a generalised perspective we wouldn't need techniques like Silva. Once you've done a programing for a problem you can add it to the next session as a completed image. It only takes a few seconds to remember the completed image. Keep the list of goals at about 7 to 10. Notebook or journal is an excellent idea. When they manifest or your ESP are on target you have some successful anchors or memories to use for future sessions.
Be warned about ESP misses. The problem with getting answers through ESP is as individuals we often get insights that give us the choice to change the outcome. Example you have a strong urge to change your route home it makes you 10 minutes late and you followed that ESP urge. It turns out to be another day but now you are 15 minutes late and your partner is mad at you for being late. You check and find there was no delay along your usual route. You got nothing out of the long route home. So it seems like ESP failed you. Yet your inner prompting were so strong.
It looks like a miss but because you used the inner urging or prompting you changed something but you have no way of knowing what other than to get home late. So write down you ESP and note whether you followed the prompting, because if you do you are changing something in the matrix.
With the CDs, come back to them to develop you skills. You don't need to listen in order, you might even find you have a favourite. The help that they give you for entering level is training that is worth coming back to from time to time. Disk 8 is good because you can use it to develop your skill more freely.
quote:
Shall I assume the goal, then, is to get so good at it, you get the steps so ingrained and practiced that you can go to level all by by yourself even if it's on a busy street in NYC, if you need to?
Yes, you will get to such a point when you use it regularly.
