The tape course gets you to do the process where as the book you first have to read it and then try it.. They often don't see the point of doing the easy steps first wanting to get to the meat of the process in a hurry. It's a bit like trying to pull open the petals of a flower to get to them middle instead of waiting till the bud moves away the outer petals first.

My preference is for the Natural Brilliance course along with books by Paul Watzlawick. It's more of a smorgasborg of stuff than one tightly-focused thing. More to choose and branch off from.

The Sedona Method complements the course nicely for the first and last phases, as does the Genius Code in terms of the several of the last three of the four phases (Relax, Notice, Respond, Witness).

Hi Alex:

My english or self expression is not perfect. But I look at the tape course as more of a personal trainer. A personal trainer talks to you in the gym and says do this. Wereas the book is synonomous with the picture manual in the gym.

Being that we all are or most of us are creatures of habit. We would more likely benefit from the tape course. But the drawback of a tape course is that it can be 10 times more expensive than the book.

You can say the same thing about hiring a personal trainer.

$20 on a book with advice that you never put to use is as good as burning the pages.

$200 on a course that changes your life by guiding you to action and discovering the benefit is 100 times more valuable if the course changes you. If it doesn't return it for a refun. The price of shipping still greater reward than the book on a shelf.

With the book on the self you always have a touch of guilt that maybe, if only you tried it, it can make a huge difference in your life. Once you've done the course you know one way or the other.

Yes spending money on a course is a risk and a potential reward for yourself.

Every course you have mentioned has a money back guarantee. Usually all you pay is the postage, which is more or less the same as the price book.

Hi Alex:

I heard with real estate courses and personal development courses a lot of put them on the shelf to. The auido course. So I also see the book as being the same as audio course in that way. I remember my pastor telling me he did the same thing with the memory course.

Try to see it from your angle. I am thinking real estate investing course is something you have to spent time in applying. It is not as if the application process is immediate, it is quite a bit. I think memory training takes quite a bit of practice. But I heard the Sedona Method being simple and quick. I may not be exact in my impression but it is something that is quick and the results can be experienced right away.

I see a the basic Sedona audio course in one of the libraries in another county. It said it was published in 1998. I am thinking you would know what the current course has and if it is any different. I know I get be such a thrift.

I guess what I am thinking is the Sedona method does not require much practice after listening like you would with real estate investing or memory training. I am thinking maybe it is worth investing in the updated materials.

You can borrow that tape course and you'll have the same Sedona Method that is in the book. The tapes guide you through the steps.

End of the course you you will know the Sedona method and can apply it any time. It's only a thought away. If you play the odd one side of the tape for the next 21 to 30-days it woll become a habit.

The good thing is with ten tapes you have 20 days worth of listening without boring yourself with the same one over and over. And they present different ways to use the menthod.
