Practice describing everyday objects with your eyes open. Set a timer for 90-seconds and for each 90-seconds describe a pencil, a cap, a balloon, a mobile Phone any everyday object.
Pretend that your recorder is a blind alien who understands the spoken word but cannot see stuff the way we see it on this planet. It understands colours, shapes textures but the term pencil does not compute so he requires imput to be able to identify thes objects. But this alien only has a 90 second attention span.
