I got my first copy of the book in the seventies, and fell in love with the whole idea of psycho-cybernetics. Went on to read others, like Maltz, Bandler, Grinder, etc. Jose Silva was the beginning af a wonderful journey, one that continues!
I have not heard the audio courses, so I can not realy comment. The book is great- I bet I still have a tattered copy somewhere, I should dig it up.
