I am considering taking some NLP training, and know that both Tad James and Wil Horton both have home study courses on dvd or audiotapes. Any recommendations?

Also, what happened to cause the split between Tad James and his son Matt?

HI hypnomd
I encourage you to take a practitioners course from a good trainer first. There is stuff that needs to be experienced to realy get it. After you have a good foundation (and a network of freinds who also are trained), the stuff you get from books and tapes will be very useful.

Regarding Tad...best to just ignore the politics and rumours. When I was first training, the talk was about Bandler and Grinders split... when Tad was cutting his teeth as a trainer. I met lots of good developers and trainers, from different "camps" and found useful stuff with each of them.

Whatever it is, if it is anything at all, it is between them and has nothing to do with anything useful for us.

NLP Comprehensive all the way.

I had several awesome experiences with them years ago.
