You mean you really don't know?
I know of a bad way of doing it, which is "quick and easy" (as Yoda says) and the good way of doing it is something I'm studying now so I can't say too much about it.
Anyone can manipulate other people on this planet using politics, money and power but there are somethings they can't touch. It's THOSE things that are important.
And about psychic attacks- they have to be invited. That was what the whole Vampire myth was about. You have to invite Dracula in. You can't be psychically attacked unless there is an attacker in you also. If you don't value attacks then you don't live where they can occur. Have you noticed some people have problems constantly and others don't? Do you really think it's because the person with no problems knows some sort of esoteric science that no one else knows about? No. His nature is different. That's all. An eagle isn't effected by spider webs. But both do exist.
For the record, cleaner fuel sources are shot down by Congress- groups of people who own stock in the oil companies. But that doesn't effect people who chose to place solar panels on their homes and use that fuel source. Nothing is stopping anyone from doing what they want to do. If your own thoughts can stop you from doing something then that's the problem.
