Greetings to everyone!!

Guest, I have practiced the Silva method. I think it a very easy way to program any state of relaxation (into your mind).
As you know, relaxation is one of the basics for photoreading, it is also extremely useful for many other think-activities.

In silva method there is a part called like "subjective communication", which can make you getting any information you want.
One condition is that you can relax.

For me it is logical that it must be the next step, after photoreading and imagination in relaxation-state, to just "touch" a book to know the content you need.

I highly recommend the silva method to everyone.

kind regards,
Ramon

We call that PhotoSucking, where you suck the information right from the book.

I used the Silva Method for a little over two years now and have found it to be excellent for relaxation, accelerated learning and, believe it or not, ESP and case working.

The Silva Method is also probably one of the most copied (without reference) mind development programs around. Jess Stearn outlined one of the renegade Silva schools in his book _The Power Of Alpha Thinking_. Laurie Cabot (the "official witch of Salem") uses what is essentially Silva Mind control, which she reworked and dubbed "The Crystal Countdown". Shakti Gawain and Wayne Dwyer are Silva graduates.

For self-help and development, I think some of the best tools to have in one's "mental toolbox" are: PhotoReading, Image Streaming, Silva Mind Control and Psychocybernetics. I would also recommend the "ThinkFast" software and the book _Pumping Ions_ by Tom Wujec.

Psychocybernetics = the mind machine
psychocybernetics is a way of thinking about thinking. Meta cognition.

Your mind is a goal striving machine. You set goals, your sub conscious mind goes after that goal. Just know that your mind will go after the goal, step back and relax.

Here is an analogy
Imagine a missile is flying towards a target (your goal). It will get there automatically. When the missile goes off track it adjusts to get back on target.

Sometimes we are too sensitive with our navigation feedback control, which means we will miss our target. We just have to relax and let it work for us.

It is also important not to say things like "i am a slow reader" because that becomes the goal!! and our other than conscious mind will go after that goal. When we find ourselves reading slowly we now we are on target.
Ouch!

So be careful what you think/say. ALWAYS positive.

Great stuff is this Psychocybernetics, really works well with Photoreading.
Hope it helps, oh and also would like a book on the Silva method...anyone

Hi Ramon,

Just wanted to say hi to someone with the same name as me, as I've never met anyone else with the name Ramon besides my dad.
