Activation should come together immediately.
The challenge is to keep activating a book--maybe in 20-30 minutes segments--until the book comes together.
This usually occurs in a time period of about 1/3 the amount of time it would have taken to read the book regularly.
It is possible that you feel you are getting nothing from the book--and then it comes together--you know the book as well as if you had read it regular.
