Any ideas on how to consciously program for these types of revealing dreams? Using paraliminals, perhaps?
I, too, have had dreams reveal information to me that I didn't work to consciously work for or struggle at. I play the guitar, and have been delighted to wake up with songs in my head that I'm certain I haven't heard in the "real world". Question is: how can we deliberately cause this?
