Thanks for the clarification of the above Visualization Technique (VT). The VT sounds very similar to the one outlined in the Natural Brilliance book for Direct Learning Activation (DLA).

Some questions Pete:
1.) Is the VT the same as the DLA or are they different? If different, could you successfully incorporate this VT with the DLA and get a better desired outcome?
2.) How often should you do the VT (daily, weekly...) for maximum benefit?
3.) After reading several books for Direct Learning (DL), then activating; do you only activate once or can you go through the activation several times without re-reading those same books; or does the VT take the place of the need for further DLA?

Further clarification is appreciated as I am undertaking a BIG project. These techniques that we are discussing will greatly assist me in the completion of my project and the attainment of my goals.
