Think as 'purpose' as being the driving force to want to read the book ... purpose is responsible for helping one to go with the 'flow' ...
Purpose will also change as you become more familiar with the books structure after going through the PR steps ...
So to answer your question, although the purpose between the two parties may be different ... the book, it's structure, it's content will be the same irregardless of your purpose. This will give plenty to discuss and make for great group activation.
The book is the vehicle, the purpose is the gas to make it go!!!
