I am in the same boat as you. I want to use Photoreading to help in enhance my career for professional computer certifications. I can't see myself plowing through all the material without Photoreading. I tried this a year ago and gave up, but I am coming back to again and going stick with it.

I also have several questions for you. I am able to create the blip page, but the clarity is not very good and in fact sometimes it is very the words are very blurry. Is this normal for a beginner? As I Photoread more will the words become crystal clear? I am also curious about during the Photoreading phase how should I establish my purpose (should be detailed for the whole book or broad and generalized)?
