For the most part, I never felt consciously aware of anything I'd PRed, but felt very comfortable with the material after a couple of hours of activation with the book. (your quote)

I am very keen to try what Pete has suggested. I would really like to experience myself processing the info. If it works, i'm going to do it off & on until i get the hang of processing.
