Happyday,
Wonderful report! It's really heartening to read these sensual

experiences during PhRing!
Reframing is the A side of the paraliminal New Behavior. I'm experimenting though. Next, i'm going to use Memory Supercharger.
No, i'm not going to use any music w/ PhRing at this time. I'm too busy keeping myself detached! I think Chunyi Lin's music & Silent Stimulation are probably the best kind of music/sounds to listen to. I am using Silent Stimulation for PhRing my 3+ books a day to "burn it (PhRing) in."
Programming is being aided by working on the Silva Mind Control Method. I'm using those books thanks to Tracy Saboe & ckerins. Basically, it's all just getting to an alpha brain wave state & visualizing & then coming out. It's the same process that LS uses for the paraliminals.
I know your feeling of doubt after success. It's crazy. We should not sabotage our success. That's why Brian's & mgrego2's posts helped me considerably. I stopped at 3 key points, but had no idea why. That kind of stopping is hard to trust. After reading their posts, i just get almost to the point of just watching my body for signs. I'm PhRing, but i'm totally into watching my physical reactions....really watching for any kind of movement or twinge. This is how i found that my mouth waters! It happened a couple times b/f i even noticed it. I'm letting the brain/alpha take care of itself. My job is to just pick up any signs from my body which must be the peripheral recall that Paul speaks of in the course.
NOTE: Turning the book upside down as a part of the total PhRing step is in the course, but after speaking to Dana, who said he always read the books backwards, i do it that way also. Dana has been doing it for a long time & he was/is a great coach.

Margaret, congratulations. That's a very positive statement: Could describe in more detail how you went about this? I am also not quite sure what tape you are talking about. But the main question for me now is: How do you manage to become/ stay detached? Do you use Oasis here too. I had put it aside because I thought the music would distract me to much.
After my succesful tries described above I am not so lucky any more. I can't let go. I want to check back so often, thereby loosing the state. It was easier when I didn't know what to expect. Do tell me how you did your programming.
